Logging into the System

Login is managed through a central authentication system using an Active Directory.

1. Open the internet browser and enter the SmartSolve URL address.
   Result: The SmartSolve Login window is displayed.

2. Enter the network Login ID and Password.
3. Click the Sign In button.

The following rules apply to user accounts:

• Passwords are case sensitive.
• When users change their network passwords, the changes take effect in SmartSolve.
• The user is required to re-enter passwords in the system whenever making a secured transaction within SmartSolve (sign-offs and/or approvals).
